Warranty Terms and Conditions

• Our 49kWh batteries include a 12-month warranty, and our 42kWh batteries include an 18-month manufacturer’s warranty only if installed by Maxxpower EV or an authorized installer. DIY installations receive a 1-year PARTS ONLY warranty.
• Warranty covers manufacturer defects only. It does not cover user error, negligence, or abuse. Improper installation by non-approved shops will void the warranty.
• All warranty claims must include:
  • OBD scan report with timestamps (customer is responsible for obtaining and properly operating scan equipment/software).
  • a proper rebalance has been done with proper tools
  • Clear photos of the battery case interior and exterior.
  • Photos of all wiring and high-voltage connectors.
  • Approval from Maxxpower EV.
• Failure to address dashboard warnings or computer error codes and faults in a timely manner, charging on unsafe and improperly functioning charging hardware, using the vehicle for racing/offroad/powersports, or modifications of any kind will void the warranty.
• User acknowledges that lithium-based batteries carry inherent risks, including fire and thermal runaway, and assumes all risks associated with their use.
• Manufacturer shall not be liable for damages arising from use of the product in a manner inconsistent with applicable safety standards or local codes.
• Jump starting, short circuits, intentional damage, or failed installations will void the warranty.
• Maxxpower EV LLC shall not be responsible for damage caused by external forces, including but not limited to electrical faults, environmental conditions, or acts of God.
• Warranties are non-transferable.
• Purchaser agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the manufacturer from any claims, damages, or losses arising from integration, installation, or resale of the product.
• This warranty covers only the battery product itself and does not extend to damage to surrounding property, equipment, or systems.
• If a replacement is issued under warranty, it will inherit the original warranty period from the initial purchase date. The warranty period does not reset.
• Transportation costs, rental fees, lost work or income, inconvenience, lodgning, storage, towing or other car issues outside of the battery and wiring are not covered.
• Maxxpower EV LLC is not responsible for Injury or Death to person(s) or property damage or destruction from the use, installation or errors.
• In no event shall Maxxpower EV LLC be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to property damage, loss of use, or loss of profits, arising from the use or inability to use this product.
• No returns or refunds of shipped batteries are accepted once the battery leaves pur facility
This limited warranty represents the total liability of Maxxpower EV LLC for any product to which it applies. Maxxpower EV LLC makes no other warranties or representations of any kind whatsoever, expressed or implied, and all implied warranties including any warranty of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose are hereby disclaimed.

Product Return Policy

Products must be in new and unused condition. Shipped batteries do not qualify for refunds once theyve left unless defective.. Shipping is 100% customers financial reaponsibility

Chargeback Policy:

• Chargebacks without returning the product will result in legal action. Such cases will be pursued through legal counsel.
